The staff were exceptionally friendy the waitress spoke 5 languages fluently. Lovely views over the lake. Very biker friendly - secure garage parking for motorcycle. Good resturant, very near to the motorway. Just lovely for a stopover

Location was beautiful.

The beds in this hotel were shocking, every time you moved in your sleep the noise they made woke you up. Though clean the rooms and bathrooms were old and dated, and the bathroom was not the best, the shower head did not stay in any one height or position, very annoying.

Room was large and comfortable, with a good size bathroom. Owner was very helpful with maps and guides for the area.

Found it overpriced in terms of both room rate and food prices, but found everything in Switzerland to be extremely expensive.

The Hotel is well located as a base for motorcycle rides out. There is a large garage with a lift access to your floor level. The Landlord & staff are cheerful, helpfull & well atuned to the needs of a motorcyclist. The hotel rooms are comfortable with no frills, the hotel offers a good menu at a good price. The hotel offers good value for money.We have stayed there twice and will return.

My room was on the third floor of the hotel and was very basic - more like a hostel room than a hotel room. There was a vaguely unpleasant smell too. The room had bare pipes running through it and the shower cubicle was part of the room itself, separated only by a shower curtain. Very basic.

Beautiful surroundings. Family friendly. Clean and bright rooms. Trampoline and toys outside for children.

No fuss checking in or out - took 10 seconds. One curious feature is the small lift, which moves up and down like a rocket!

This is certainly not a 3-star hotel - more like a 1 or 2 star. The room was small and the bathroom very cramped - no room for the washbasin, which was in the room. Clean enough, but the furniture was old. Lots of noise from the corridor. Internet was a bit iffy on the second floor. It is like a country inn.
